Chris Clarke B. Pharm
Director & CEO
Chris graduated as a Pharmacist from University of Queensland in 1988 and became manager of Chermside Medical Centre Pharmacy in 1990 and partner in 1992. This pharmacy became a springboard for developing new specialities and business units. When Chris divested from his interests in 2012, the group had a strong national presence with an annual revenue of approximately $150 million which included 25 pharmacies, three Dose Manufacturing Facilities providing services nationally to approximately 40,000 aged care residents, Clinical Pharmacist services, Medical Equipment sale and hire, Dispensary Technician and Pharmacy Assistant Training business, and a Health Tech business which represented the leading global health robotics manufacturers.
His experience includes:
- strategic planning and execution
- corporate governance
- managing numerous successful startups and M&As
- change implementation, in particular leading edge tech for transformation change at business and industry level
- process management and compliance including cGMP, cGWP, ISO, Lean, Six Sigma
In 2013 Chris acquired First Aid Kits Australia which and in 2016 became a shareholder in Fluid First Aid and later a director, and now CEO.
Chris brings high level business, compliance, financial, and sales and marketing skills to the business.
